Options -> Configure: Defaults
This page lets you change the default values that are given to a newly-created
Single-Press or Macro items. Changes made here do not affect existing
items - only new ones that you subsequently create.
The defaults that you can set include the following.
- Strict vs. simple target window contents checking and other identification
options
- Options for triggering when the target window appears, including: initial
press delay, repeat press toggle and delay, hour and day constraints.
- Command line and macro trigger options. Hotkey triggering is NOT included,
as a unique hotkey must be defined for each item.
- Macro playback speed and redundant mouse-move elimination
- Email notification toggle, subject line and associated options
- Logging toggle and associated options
Note that there are situations in which a default you have set may not be
applied to a newly created item. For example, the "Fire only for application"
setting will not be applied if the application name could not be determined
when the item was created.
